2. Instructions for Group Leaders
Preferred Method: Submit one payment for your entire group.
When possible, submit one payment for all registered youth and adults in your group.
You may pay online using the payment form, mail a check, or pay at DYC check-in using cash, check, or credit card.
If using a parish credit card, enter the billing information exactly as it appears on the cardholder's account.
If you share the payment link with families, you are responsible for tracking their individual payments.
Ask each parent or family member to forward their payment confirmation directly to you.
3. Instructions for Parents & Families
If you are paying only for your child's registration, please follow these steps:
Enter your group leader's name and email address accurately.
Enter YOUR information as the payee.
Forward your payment confirmation email directly to your group leader as proof of payment.
Keep a copy of your receipt for your records.
⚠️ Important Payment Reminder
We will not notify group leaders when individual family payments are received. Parents and families must send payment confirmations directly to their group leader. Group leaders are responsible for tracking payments made by their group members.
